1 cup plain yogurt

3 tbsp butter

2–3 cloves garlic
How to Make It

Mix flour + yogurt until a soft dough forms.

Knead lightly for 1–2 minutes. Rest 10 minutes if you have time.

Divide & roll into flat circles.

Cook in a hot dry skillet, 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

Melt butter, stir in minced garlic, and brush over hot bread.
