🥔 Slow Cooker Italian Potatoes

2–3 lbs baby potatoes (or peeled, cubed russets)

1 cup bottled Italian dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup butter, melted
Directions

Spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Add potatoes.

Pour Italian dressing and melted butter over the top.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Stir to coat.

Cover and cook:

Low: 5–6 hours

High: 3–4 hours
until potatoes are fork-tender.
