1 cup (170g / 6 oz) semi-sweet or dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream

1️⃣ Heat the Cream
In a small saucepan, heat the cream until it just begins to simmer (don’t boil).
2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
Place chocolate in a bowl.
Pour the hot cream over it and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
Add butter, then stir slowly until smooth and glossy.
3️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
4️⃣ Roll
Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
Dust with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or dip in melted chocolate.
