Minced Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) minced (ground) chicken

2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

2 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, snap peas, cabbage)

3 tbsp soy sauce (or low-sodium)

1 tbsp oyster sauce or hoisin sauce (optional)

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for sauce)

Black pepper or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger; stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add minced chicken. Break it up and cook until no longer pink.

Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Stir in soy sauce and oyster/hoisin sauce.

Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker sauce; cook 1–2 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning.
