Dough

Cinnamon Filling

¾ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1️⃣ Make the dough
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Knead 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.
2️⃣ First rise
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.
3️⃣ Roll & fill
Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle brown sugar + cinnamon evenly.
4️⃣ Roll & cut
Roll tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
5️⃣ Second rise
Cover and rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
6️⃣ Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.
7️⃣ Glaze
