🍗 Air Fryer Marry Me Chicken
Ingredients

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Creamy Sauce
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
ÂĽ cup chicken broth
-
â…“ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp minced garlic
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, mild heat)

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)
Instructions

Season the chicken
Brush chicken with olive oil. Season both sides with Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. -
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cook chicken for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, combine cream, broth, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened (add cornstarch if needed). -
Combine
Add chicken back into the sauce. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer 2–3 minutes. -
Serve warm
