🥧 Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)

1 cup milk
-
2 eggs

Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Cook beef & onion in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread evenly in pie dish.

Sprinkle cheese over the beef mixture.

Mix batter: Whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.

Pour batter over cheese. It will rise and form a crust as it bakes.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
