Topping

2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the peaches

If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them.

Toss peaches with 1 cup sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish.
