4–5 medium potatoes, peeled & diced

1 cup frozen peas (added at end, optional)
Instructions

Add to crockpot:
Place beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion into the slow cooker. -
Season:
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, gravy mix, garlic powder, and pepper over everything. -
Add liquid:
Pour in beef broth and gently stir. -
Cook:
