1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup soy sauce (low-sodium if you can)

1 cup beef broth or water

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

How to Make It

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.

Add garlic & ginger, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, and broth. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Thicken it up: Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and thick.
