🍤 Popcorn Shrimp
Ingredients

1 lb small shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 cup buttermilk (or milk + splash of lemon)

1 cup all-purpose flour
-
½ cup cornmeal or panko (extra crunch)

1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt & pepper
-
Oil, for frying
Instructions

Soak shrimp in buttermilk for 10 minutes (tender + flavorful).

Mix coating: flour, cornmeal/panko, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.

Coat shrimp well, shaking off excess.

Fry in 350°F oil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot.
