🧀 Cheese & Mushroom Party Dip
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mix with mozzarella)

1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika for a little kick
Instructions

Cook mushrooms:

Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender and golden (~5–7 minutes).

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Mix the dip:

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese.

Fold in sautéed mushrooms and garlic.

Bake (optional but delicious):

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.

Bake 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
