🧈 Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients

450–600 g (1–1½ lb) sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-size pieces

Salt & black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Optional: splash of Worcestershire or soy sauce
Instructions

Pat steak dry, season generously with salt & pepper.

Heat skillet over high heat. Add oil.

Sear steak in batches (don’t crowd) for 1–2 min per side.

Lower heat, add butter, garlic, herbs.
-
Toss steak in the garlicky butter for 30–60 seconds.

Finish with Worcestershire if using. Remove from heat.
👉 Rest briefly so the juices stay put.
🧀 Creamy Alfredo Tortellini
Ingredients

500 g (18 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1½ cups heavy cream
-
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
-
Salt & black pepper
-
Pinch of nutmeg (optional but ✨)
Instructions

Cook tortellini in salted water; reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Melt butter in pan over medium heat.

Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds.

Pour in cream; simmer gently 3–5 min.

Stir in Parmesan until smooth.

Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Toss tortellini in sauce, loosening with pasta water if needed.
🔥 Serve It Up

Plate tortellini first, top with steak bites.

Spoon extra garlic butter over everything (don’t be shy).

Finish with parsley, black pepper, or extra Parm.
