Easy Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
(rotisserie chicken works great) -
3 cups egg noodles, cooked & drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup milk
-
1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp onion powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Topping

1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Mix the casserole:
In a large bowl, combine-
chicken

cooked noodles
-
cream of chicken soup

sour cream
-
milk
-
cheese
-
seasonings
-
veggies (if using)

Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.

Add topping (optional):
Mix crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. -
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
