Ingredients

Instructions

Mix flour and salt, add eggs, knead into firm dough.

Roll thin, cut into noodles.

Boil in salted water 2–3 minutes. Drain.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked black beans (or canned, drained)

1 chicken breast, diced

1 smoked sausage, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 cup canned)

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1–2 tbsp oil

Salt & black pepper

Sriracha chili sauce, to taste
