Wrapping
- 6–8 egg roll wrappers (store-bought, thawed if frozen)
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Instructions
1️⃣ Make Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger 30–60 sec.
- Add carrots, cabbage, and green onions; cook 2–3 min until slightly softened.
- Stir in chopped chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Roll Egg Rolls
- Lay wrapper in a diamond shape.
- Spoon ~2 tbsp filling near the bottom corner.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides in, roll up tightly.
- Brush top corner with beaten egg to seal.
3️⃣ Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F
