Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or grated Parmesan
Instructions

Cook the Corn

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add corn, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized.

Add the Cheese

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hot corn.

Stir gently until melted and creamy.
