🍞 Cinnamon Toast (Classic & Perfect)
Ingredients

Bread (white, brioche, or Texas toast = elite)

Softened butter

Sugar

Ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt (don’t skip this)
Ratio (for 2 slices)

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions

Heat oven broiler (or toaster oven).

Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.

Spread generously edge-to-edge on bread.

Place on baking sheet.

Broil 1–3 minutes, watching closely—
the top should bubble and caramelize, not burn. -
Let cool 30 seconds so the sugar sets.

Cut diagonally (mandatory).
Stove-Top Hack (No Broiler)

Butter the bread.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

Toast in a skillet over medium-low with a lid on
until crispy underneath and melted on top.
