🥐 Crescent Reuben Bake

Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

450 g (1 lb) corned beef or pastrami, chopped

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1½ cups sauerkraut, drained very well

¾–1 cup Thousand Island or Russian dressing

1 tbsp melted butter (optional)

1 tsp caraway seeds (optional but classic)

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep

Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Bottom Crust

Unroll one can of crescent dough.

Press into bottom of dish, sealing seams.
3️⃣ Layer It Up

Spread corned beef evenly.

Top with sauerkraut.

Drizzle dressing evenly.
-
Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.
4️⃣ Top Crust

Unroll second can of crescent dough over filling.

Seal seams gently.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds if using.
5️⃣ Bake

Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
