Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna (Easy & Comforting)
Ingredients
- 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional, can use cooked lentils for meatless)
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- If using meat, brown it in a skillet with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
- Lightly spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
- Top with meat (if using), dollops of ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 4–5 hours
- High: 2–3 hours
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
