Instructions
1️⃣ Prep

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F

Grease an 8-inch round or square pan
2️⃣ Mix Dry

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt
3️⃣ Mix Wet

Add milk, oil, and vanilla to dry ingredients
