Crispy Fried Chicken
Ingredients

4–6 pieces chicken (drumsticks or thighs)

Salt & black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

¼ cup milk

Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In a bowl, beat egg and milk together.

Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry chicken 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Drain on paper towels.

Seasoning packet (from noodles)

1 cup water

1 egg (optional)

Instructions

Boil water in a pot.

Add noodles and cook according to package instructions.
