Garlic Butter Flatbread (Stovetop)
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup plain yogurt (or milk + 1 tbsp oil)

3 tbsp butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional but cute)

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Make the dough:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in yogurt until a soft dough forms. Knead 1–2 minutes (don’t overthink it). -
Rest:
Cover and let rest 20–30 minutes (this = softness). -
Divide & roll:
Split into 6 pieces. Roll each into a thin oval or circle. -
Cook:
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high. Cook flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until bubbly and golden. -
Garlic butter magic:
Mix melted butter + garlic + pinch of salt. Brush generously over hot flatbread. -
Finish:
Sprinkle parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
Oven Shortcut

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8–10 minutes, then brush with garlic butter and broil 1–2 minutes.
