Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients

1½ lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-size cubes

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh parsley (or dried)
Instructions

Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add steak in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic.
-
Toss steak in the garlic butter for 30–60 seconds.

Sprinkle with parsley and set aside.
Creamy Parmesan Shells
Ingredients

12 oz pasta shells
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup milk
-
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
-
Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook shells in salted water until al dente; drain.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Stir in cream and milk; simmer 3–4 minutes.

Whisk in parmesan until smooth.

Season to taste and toss with pasta.
Serving Tips

Spoon extra garlic butter from the steak over the pasta 😋

Add a side of roasted broccoli or green beans
-
Finish with extra parmesan on top
