15-Minute Cheesy Bread
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

Optional: garlic powder or Italian seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings.

Add cheese and stir to coat.

Add milk & butter; mix until just combined (don’t overmix).

Shape into a small loaf or flatten into a round on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Slice and serve warm.
