Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

3 oz cream cheese (softened)

2–3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener (erythritol/monk fruit)

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.

Add lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.

Gently fold whipped cream into lemon mixture until fluffy.

Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.
Tips

Extra tangy: Add more zest (not more juice, to keep it thick).

Dairy-light: Use mascarpone instead of cream cheese.
