Ingredients

- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 4–5 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas (added at end, optional)
Instructions
- Add to crockpot:
Place beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion into the slow cooker. - Season:
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, gravy mix, garlic powder, and pepper over everything. - Add liquid:
Pour in beef broth and gently stir. - Cook:
- Low: 7–8 hours
- High: 4–5 hours
until beef is tender and vegetables are soft.
- Finish:
