Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Dry the wings really well with paper towels (key for crispiness).

Season wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Arrange wings skin-side up on a wire rack set over a baking tray (airflow = crisp).

Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
