🍊 Overnight Orange Roll Casserole

1 can refrigerated orange-flavored cinnamon rolls (with icing)

Instructions

Prep the pan:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Layer the rolls:
Unroll the cinnamon rolls and cut into halves or quarters (or leave whole for bigger bites). Place evenly in the baking dish. -
Mix custard:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and optional orange zest. -
Pour custard over rolls:
Make sure the custard covers all the rolls. Press gently to soak them a bit. -
Cover and refrigerate overnight:
Let the casserole soak in the fridge for 6–12 hours. -
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake uncovered 30–40 minutes, until golden and set. -
Top with icing:
Drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the casserole while warm. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or extra orange zest for flair.
