🍓 Strawberry Pretzel Salad
🛒 Ingredients
Crust:

2 cups crushed pretzels

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

¼ cup sugar
Cream Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped (or use whipped topping)
Strawberry Topping:

1 package (3–4 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced

1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)

1 cup boiling water

1️⃣ Make the Pretzel Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter.

Press into a greased 9×13 pan.

Bake 10 minutes, then cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Layer

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in whipped cream gently.

Spread evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.

Chill in fridge while you prepare the gelatin.
3️⃣ Prepare Strawberry Topping

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool slightly (but not set).

Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream layer.

Pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries.
4️⃣ Chill to Set

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
